We sold our house!

Well, sort of?!? I guess it isn't over until the closing. It has been a hectic few months with a new baby and 2 homes. But, I have no one to blame but myself and all I can is I learned a few lessons with this mistake. I'm sure I will make a few more. Meantime, Drake isn't letting anything hold him back. He has moved on up to eating from a spoon...and you thought your days were rough. Peas aren't the tastiest things. :-(

Drake's Birthday- 1/31/2008

This was taken shorty after Drake's arrival into this big world. I still can't watch it without getting tears in my eyes. God humbled me by giving us this sweet boy.........even with the colic. ha-ha.

Backtracking...

Okay, I'm bringing in some old stuff since I lost a few months. Here is the 1st sonogram of Drake where he looked like a baby. This was the 1st picture I got to share with my Mom. I didn't tell her I was pregnant until I went to see her in September. By that time I was going on 5 months pregnant. And at this point he was just called Toot since we didn't have a name yet. That is what the sonogram nurse came up with. At least we had something to call him because we didn't come up with Drake until I was 8 months pregnant.

Bath Time

No matter what type of day Drakie is having...He always loves his bath time! His baths started in the bathroom sink and quickly moved to the kitchen sink. Soon, we will be in a big bathtub...He is very close to sitting up! Good thing the drought is over!
